Many disagree to cosmetic surgery to make themselves look better, I couldn't say I agree, but I think it's fine to correct some faults to make yourself prettier, IF you have the money. If Liposuction were cheap, I'm sure many would've done it already! I would! On my stomach and thigh!
While many like big breasts, there are those who suffer from having breasts that are too big. Not only does it create unwanted attention, it could cause back problems. A girl in the US wanted to have breast reduction surgery for 6 years, and finally her chance has came. Suffering not only physically, she had people coming up to her asking if her breasts were real. Now if someone asked me that, I'll feel so harassed.
With full support from her friends, I think she should do it. Afterall, if they're too big, and when she gets old, it'll be too saggy. It'll be very hard for her back to support her "heavy chest".
